How we handle the information families share with us, and what to expect when Pinnacle Music Academy sends you a text message.
Pinnacle Music Academy ("Pinnacle", "we", "us"), 945 W. Round Bunch Rd, Bridge City, TX 77611, sends text messages from (409) 202-3066. These terms explain what you are agreeing to when you opt in to receive them.

Message frequency varies. Most families receive a few messages per month, plus replies to conversations they start with us. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier if you are unsure about your plan.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of enrollment or of purchasing any lessons or services from us.

Text messaging is supported on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile phone number and messaging consent are never shared, sold or provided to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share your number only with our phone and text messaging provider so we can deliver the messages you asked for. Opt-in information is never shared with anyone for any other purpose. This policy describes what information Pinnacle Music Academy collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are a small music school, and we treat the information families share with us the way we would want our own handled.
Directly from you: through the contact form on this site (which opens a draft in your email app for you to send to us), enrollment paperwork, phone calls, text messages, email and the student portal.
We do not sell or rent your information. Customer information is never shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All sharing mentioned in this policy excludes mobile opt-in and consent; opt-in information is never shared with anyone for any purpose.
We use a small number of service providers to run the academy, such as our email, phone and text messaging service, and the student portal and its payment processor. Our providers process the information needed to deliver those services under their own agreements and privacy policies. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect the safety of a student or instructor.
For our text messaging program, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Program details, including how STOP and HELP work, are in the text messaging terms above.
This website is meant for parents and guardians. Many of our students are under 18, and we collect information about minor students from a parent or guardian, not from the child. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted information through this site, contact us and we will delete it.
We keep information only as long as we need it to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and we take reasonable steps to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information by text or email.
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
